His experience includes over 17 projects, ranging from redevelopment projects to new construction. He has also served in the General Contractor capacity for 5 hotel projects, all with successful results. He has a wealth of experience in developing, building, managing and leading Kriya Management Group into new hospitality projects. Raj Chudasama Managing Partner / Principal Raj's formal education includes a Bachelors of Business Administration in Management Information Systems from the University of Oklahoma. He then continued on to receive a Masters of Business Administration in Finance from California State University - Long Beach. His work experience has included positions as Hertz, Verizon, and Computer Sciences Corporation. Paresh Patel Managing Partner / Principal Paresh Patel has many years of business startup and management experience in the commercial real estate industry. His formal education includes an Environmental Science degree from The University of Oklahoma. Nina N. Chudasama Managing Partner / Principal / General Counsel Nina Chudasama serves as general counsel for Kriya Managment Group in additon to being a managing partner. She obtained a Bachelors of Business Administration in Finance and Accounting from the University of Oklahoma. She went on to earn her Juris Doctor degree from the University of Southern California Law School. Her experience includes working with a United States Bankruptcy Judge in Los Angeles and the securities litigation firm of Keesal, Young and Logan in Long Beach, California. She has been practicing commercial real estate transactional law since graduating in 2004, focusingon the real estate purchase process from purchase and sale agreements to closing.

Raj Chudasama
Managing Partner / Principal
 

Raj Chudasama brings professional experience in the IT, Hospitality, and Investment Finance sectors.  His expertise include all areas of finance including acquisition, disposition, refinance, and financial statement analysis.  He is also involved in the day-to-day operations of all assets, hotel revenue management, and franchise relationships.  Before joining Kriya Management Group, he was in IT Project Management for Fortune 500 clients of Computer Sciences Corporation.  Raj’s formal education includes a Bachelor's of Business Administration from The University of Oklahoma’s Price College of Business and a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from California State University, Long Beach.

Nina Chudasama serves as general counsel and managing partner for Kriya Managment Group.  She graduated with a Bachelors of Business Administration in Finance and Accounting from the University of Oklahoma’s Price College of Business and received her Juris Doctorate from the University of Southern California Gould School of Law.  In 2004 Mrs. Chudasama co-founded the investment and management firm of Kriya Management Group LLC.  Armed with a strong business and legal education, Mrs. Chudasama has knowledge and experience in real estate law, hotel operations, investment analyses, and asset management.
