Kriya has invested in several residential projects ranging from single-family homes to multi-family apartment complexes.  Kriya still has a strong understanding of the residential industry and continues to follow it very closely.  Experience in this industry includes evaluation and acquisition, renovations, stabilization, and disposition.

Recently in 2011 Kriya saw an opportunity to build a new residential rental home portfolio.  Starting mid-2011 the firm has built a portfolio valued over $1mm and is looking to grow that to over $2mm by the end of 2012.
