Kriya Management Group completes sale of Comfort Inn Lake Granbury

Granbury, TX - August 18, 2008

Kriya Management Group completed the sale of Comfort Inn Lake Granbury.  Kriya still has plans to grow in the Texas market with several new projects in the pipeline.  These new projects will be in higher barrier to entry markets.

The Comfort Inn was an excellent acquisition for Kriya in 2005, but the market became saturated with new supply over the past year with the opening of several new hotels.  Kriya seized an opportunity to follow their exit strategy from the market.

Kriya has several new development projects in the pipleline with brands such as NYLO Hotels, Hilton Hotels, and La Quinta.
