Kriya Management Group completed the sale of Ramada Fairgrounds in Oklahoma City.  This property is located in a submarket that Kriya wanted to exit.  Kriya still has plans to grow in the Texas market with several new projects in the pipeline.

Located on I-44 and May Avenue, a few of the hotel amenities include wired and wireless high-speed internet, indoor pool/spa, and a deluxe breakfast. Ramada is minutes away from OKC Fairgrounds, Bricktown, Downtown, Cox Convention Center, Ford Center, Cowboy Hall of Fame, Remington Park, and several other attractions. Nitin Patel was the Project Manager for this development project.
