Kriya Management Group completes sale of Rockwell Inn

Oklahoma City, OK - September 15, 2005

Kriya Management Group completed the sale of Rockwell Inn in Oklahoma City.  The sale was facilitated at American Guaranty Title Company.  The company plans on reinvesting the proceeds in the North Texas hospitality and lodging market with a 1031 tax exchange.

Rockwell Inn is a limited service hotel with 60 newly renovated guest rooms situated in a 2 story building. It is conveniently located on I-40 and Rockwell Ave. Whitewater Bay, the Oklahoma State Fairgrounds, Will Rogers Airport, and a wide variety of restaurants are located nearby.
