Kriya Management Group Acquires Quality Inn & Suites DFW Airport North

Kriya completed the acquistion of Quality Inn & Suites DFW Airport North. This is the third Choice Hotels International property in Kriya's portfolio. This is the second project for Kriya in the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex. The DFW Airport market is a highly competitive market with several new constructions projects. The company believes they will be able to increase their market share and market penetration immediately.

The Quality Inn & Suites is a 90 room exterior corridor property. There are many room floorplans available including one and two bedroom suites. The hotel also has over 1000 square feet of meeting space. The courtyard boasts a large resort style swimming pool which is very unique to the area. Hotel renovations and upgrades are planned along with implementing a new Management and Sales team.
