The closing date was set early today to occur on Tuesday, April 19 in Oklahoma City. First American Title & Trust will facilitate the closing at their offices. Kriya Management Group has identified several properties for a possible 1031 exchange.

Executive Inn is a limited service hotel with 41 guest rooms situated in a 2 story building. The hotel is located in the heart of Oklahoma City, on Northwest Expressway between MacArthur and Rockwell Ave. This serves as a prime location for the many businesses which reside in this area.
