Company's second Comfort Inn Expands Relationship with Choice Hotels International

GRANBURY, Texas - March 7, 2005

Kriya Management Group acquired 48-room Comfort Inn Granbury.  Hotel renovations will begin immediately to upgrade the hotel and incorporate recently announced Comfort Inn service and amenity enhancements.  The acquistion was a strategic move to enter the Texas hospitality market and will be a key market for Kriya in the future.  The Executive Team believes this will help to enhance their portfolio and position in the market.

Located at 1201 N. Plaza Dr, along Highway 377, the property features an outdoor pool, corporate business center, conference room, 1 mile from the Lake, and golf courses nearby.  The 48 guest rooms also include high speed internet access, microfridges, in-room hairdryer, safe, iron and ironing board.
